Meet the President

Dr. Lisa Lambert was appointed the 21st President at Chatham University in October 2025. She joined Chatham in 1985 as a biology faculty member and was promoted to Professor of Biology in 2012. While at Chatham, Dr. Lambert has served as Chair of the Science Department, founding Program Director for MS Biology, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Learning, and Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Join Us for the Inauguration Ceremony of Dr. Lisa Lambert

The inauguration ceremony for Dr. Lisa Lambert will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, in the Campbell Memorial Chapel on Shadyside Campus, with a reception to follow on the Quad. The event is free, but attendees must register.
