Marketing Overview

Chatham University’s bachelor’s degree in marketing combines creativity with analytical and strategic thinking. Through the Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, students learn how organizations understand audiences, communicate value, and identify opportunities for growth across industries.

The program prepares students to develop marketing strategies grounded in consumer insight, business data, and practical decision-making. Coursework also considers ethical marketing, emerging technologies, environmental sustainability, changing consumer preferences, and the demands of a global economy.

Chatham University is the perfect combination of a small school’s nurturing environment with a large school’s professional opportunities. Students engage with faculty in the classroom to hone their knowledge and mastery of basic marketing concepts and then apply these skills in a multitude of settings in the real world. The faculty are so proud of all that our students accomplish during their time with us, as these experiences provide the solid footing needed to achieve their ambitions long term.
