BIOGRAPHY

Kyra Tucker is the Chair of the Interior Architecture & Immersive Media programs at Chatham University. She has practiced interior design for over thirteen years, specializing in commercial and health care design. A proponent of accredited interior design education, Kyra holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The George Washington University and a Master’s of Public Management, Healthcare Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Kyra is also NCIDQ certified and a professional member of ASID and IIDA. She strongly believes in the positive and meaningful impact interior design can have on user groups and constantly evolves her practice as we continue to understand universal design principles.
