Requirements & Options
New undergraduate and graduate students should purchase a laptop that meets the minimum requirements outlined below. We recommend purchasing from a reputable dealer with a manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty that covers the time you are here at Chatham. Certain programs require a machine that may exceed the minimum specifications, so be sure to check your undergraduate major or graduate program for any program-specific technology and computer requirements.
Students may borrow additional loan funds to reimburse the cost of the laptop purchase. A laptop reimbursement form is required.
