This professional development opportunity will continue conversation about retention and graduation efforts. It is a topic that is of high importance at Chatham and in Higher Education more broadly.

Documentary follow-up at a later date will include opportunities to engage in conversation and brainstorm in small groups the things faculty and staff can do on an individual level to impact change.

There will be two opportunities to screen at 4pm in Eddy and 8 pm in the Carriage House Main Lounge.
