The author, Peter Gilmore will be presented with an honorarium and host a lecture exploring the Irish American diaspora and the connection between historical migrations and Irish migrations and challenges today. Gilmore is the author of two books that were published in 2018, "Irish Presbyterians and the Shaping of Western Pennsylvania 1770-1830," and "Exiles of '98: Ulster Presbyterians and the United States."
