Join us for an engaging university event featuring a panel of regional experts representing leading companies in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance across diverse industry sectors, including healthcare, supply chain management, financial services, high-performance buildings, and IT solutions. The panel discussion, spanning the first hour, will offer students the opportunity to pose questions and participate in a conversation on sustainability practices in various industries. Following the panel, join us for a networking mixer where you can connect with professionals over refreshments and snacks. Don't miss this chance to gain valuable insights and expand your professional network in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Craig Stevenson, President at Auros Group
Craig leads a technology and consulting company and is widely known for his role in establishing Pittsburgh as a leader in "Evidence-based Performance" for the built environment. Evidence-based Performance uses technology to bridge the gap between "hoping" a building is performing as designed to "knowing" a building is meeting its performance goals. With 25 years of construction experience, Craig ensures building owners have the data required to build and operate the highest performing buildings at the lowest possible costs.

Ellie Higgins, ESG Engagement at Federated Hermes
Ellie is an environmentalist with a background in sustainable business strategy and investment stewardship. In her current role, she represent investor interests through executive- and board-level engagement on ESG topics. This work includes engaging and contributing to thought leadership work across many sectors with a concentration in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and consumer goods companies.

Kevin Dole, Senior Sustainability Advisor at Green Impact
Kevin is a systems-level thinker and creative problem solver with a talent for transforming strategy-level ideas into practical, on-the-ground solutions. A bilingual professional comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, from at-risk youth in underserved communities to public officials and C-Level executives, he has had several consultant positions working with corporations and NGOs.

Phyllis Barber, Director ESG Sustainability at Highmark
Phyllis is a leader in sustainable strategy, reporting, and performance while making the business case for sustainability. She has a record of projects that conserve resources while providing a return on investment while being the founder and implementation leader of the company's first environmental sustainability program, developing communications strategies and establishing long-standing, key performance indicators to effectively measure programs across all areas of focus.

Justine Russo, Director of Sustainability and Business Intelligence at PITT OHIO
Justine is the Director of Sustainability and Business Intelligence for PITT OHIO, leading their award-winning sustainability programs. This includes the cross-functional Steering Committee, implementing the company’s carbon calculator, reporting on actionable sustainability metrics, and delivering tools that leverage information, carbon emissions, and business intelligence.
