Do you have questions about your research projects, academic databases, or library services? Ask a librarian! Chatham’s Reference and Outreach Librarian Jocelyn Codner is the JKM Library’s liaison for all of the programs in the Falk School. Jocelyn will be spending more time at Eden Hall to make herself available in person to Falk School students. What can you get done in a one-on-one research meeting with Jocelyn? You can:
- Narrow and refine your research question
- Brainstorm topics and ideas
- Develop a keywords list
- Learn how to use and make the most out of academic databases
- Develop a research strategy
- Identity relevant resources and evaluate them for authoritativeness
- Ask questions about citation and learn how to use Zotero
- Take full advantage of library services, like EZBorrow, ILLiad, and the mail-to-home program
