How Online Learning Works

Through Chatham’s online learning management system (LMS), Brightspace by D2L, students participate in interactive online class activities and discussions in a flexible virtual learning environment. The platform enables students to demonstrate knowledge gained through activities, as well as submit assignments and papers electronically. Throughout the course, grades and feedback from the instructor will be available through the grade book. Instructors often hold virtual office hours in which questions from students can be addressed.
