Chatham's fully online RN-to-BSN and graduate nursing programs prepare nurses to have a strong presence in decisions impacting the future of healthcare. We educate our students to work outside of traditional roles in order to understand and lead change. Our graduates are poised to assume roles in education, leadership, informatics, quality improvement, and health promotion in a variety of healthcare settings.

Bachelors Programs

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) – 120 credits

Offered online, the RN-BSN is designed for licensed, practicing RNs who wish to expand their opportunities and command higher salaries with a bachelor's degree.
Pre-requisites: Active RN license
Cost per credit: $515
Avg. time to completion: Depends on the number of credits transferred in. Students transferring in 90 credits can finish two full-time terms.
BC3 PARTNERSHIP
Students participating in the BC3+Chatham University partnership program take RN courses at Butler County Community College, pass the NCLEX licensure exam, then finish with a BSN from Chatham by taking online courses at a reduced rate while working as a nurse.
Integrated Degree Programs

RN-to-MSN Educator Track – 47 credits

The RN-to-MSN Educator Track is for nurses who want to expand their opportunities to educate the nursing workforce in the clinical or academic setting. Both the BSN and MSN degrees are awarded.
Average completion time
Depends on number of credits transferred in. Students transferring in the maximum number of credits can finish full-time in 5 semesters (20 months) or part-time in 8 semesters.

BSN-to-DNP Executive Track – 53 credits

Chatham's exclusive BSN-to-DNP Executive Track is for nurses who want to expand their opportunities to lead change at the executive level. Both the MSN and DNP degrees are awarded.
Average completion time
Full-time: 7 semesters (2 years and 3 months); Part-time 9 semesters (3 years)
