BIOGRAPHY

Rachel has been an Occupational Therapist since 2008. She graduated from The Richard Stockton College of NJ in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, and from Chatham University with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2018.  She has earned her Board Certification in Gerontology (BCG) from AOTA and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Rachel started her career as a treating occupational therapist providing house calls for the older adult population.  Her clinical experience has evolved to her current role as the Director of Enterprise Systems for a large private practice.  Her experience has helped to develop and enhance an electronic health record system and a business intelligence tool that is used to run the private practice. She also leads the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide system tools that span both clinical and operations in order to ensure successful user adoption.  She has also had the opportunity to teach and train clinicians on best practice guidelines and the delivery of clinical care for the older adult population both local to New Jersey and in new territory acquisitions.
